Hi Dev, The communication program changed my attitudes and I just want to share an incident that happened soon after that. I got into an auto after office. And started picking up a conversation with the driver. He was immensely happy that someone talked to him!! When we reached the destination, he forced me to accompany him to a nearby hotel for coffee and insisted on paying the bill. During the conversation, I learn that his total profit for the
day (after petrol, rent etc) had been just 20 Rs (of which he paid 6 Rs for coffee) !!!! I was immensely touched by the incident. HOW MUCH A PERSON YEARNS TO BE HEARD!!!!
